DO YOU OFFER DAMAGE INSURANCE?
Yes, however we do offer a DAMAGE INSURANCE for $2/DAY. This damage insurance covers repairable patches up to 2″ in length, as well as any minor abrasions. This insurance does not cover patches larger than 2″ in length, non-repairable damage, excessive wear & tear, lost/missing/stolen equipment or parts. Damage insurance must be paid for before picking up your gear, it cannot be added to the rental after the fact.
DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN THE SLEEPING BAGS BEFORE RETURNING?
Yes, all of our gear including the accessories need to be wiped down from any water, debris, dirt, mud, etc before returning. In order to keep our prices low and our inventory in-stock cleaning your gear before returning is very important. Any gear returned dirty will be subject to a $30 CLEANING FEE.
