WHERE DO I PICK-UP MY RENTAL?

CHECK THE .PDF FILE ATTACHED TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL!
The attached confirmation .PDF will tell you which location you rented at, as well as your other reservation information like products reserved, dates, contact info, etc.
Remember to bring a VALID ID & CREDIT CARD when picking up your rental!
Renters must be 18 years old or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Absolutely no exceptions)

IMPORTANT

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations made 24 hours in advance or more are eligible for a full refund!
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are eligible for in-store credit or a rain check.

Refunds can take 72 hours or longer to process depending on your financial institution.

To make any changes or adjustments to your reservation(s) please email us at [email protected] with what adjustments you would like to be done.
To swap gear or make a change to your equipment after you have picked up just stop on by to the store, we recommend during lunch or mid-day to avoid the lines.
