DAILY WINTER RENTALS FAQ

Reservations made under 48 hours are eligible for 10% off. Reservations made 48 hours or greater in advance are eligible for 20% off.
Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance, but we recommend 48 hours in advance or more.
Shoe and ski size are not important because we will size you up in person; but it is CRITICAL that you provide the correct weight, height, date of birth, and skier type for every skier/rider.
Please Note:Â We will not allow you to pick-up gear for anybody over the age of 18, if they are not present! Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian present.
We do not offer delivery for individuals/groups, but if you are an organization looking for delivery for an event, please email [email protected]
Yes, and please make sure you provide all the necessary personal information to your travel agent to complete the rental reservation form in its entirety to ensure we reserve the proper equipment for you, and your group.
Yes! If you know you are going to want to pick-up the night before, please choose this option when making your reservation (this is located on the first page of the reservation system).
Note: If you did not choose this option, you can still pick-up the night before, but please allow extra time for fitting!
Unfortunately, no. Please return equipment to the location you rented at, during the store hours.
Yes we do, helmets are $15/day.
We do not rent goggles, gloves, coats, pants, or socks, however we do offer a huge variety of these for sale at very affordable pricing.
We are here to help you have the best experience possible and are happy to switch like-priced rentals in our shop.Â
Yes, it is very important to us that you have a good experience with our equipment. Just let us know what you feel wasn’t right and we will make a suitable adjustment for you. The best time for an equipment swap is mid-day, and always bring your boots and skis when you do your swap, even if just swapping one.
A specific demo product can be requested and we will make every effort to have it available, but it is very difficult for us to guarantee any specific item due to vacation extensions, damage on the hill, etc. We will be able to provide options on similar performing products that give you the type of experience you are looking forward to.
