What type of ski boots do you offer?

Our Union Square location offers a wide range of new and lightly-used beginner to intermediate level ski boots.

What is your price range for ski boots?

Our Union Square location has new ski boots on-sale starting at $169 and lightly-used ski boots starting at $79.

Our prices and selection varies daily, so we recommend calling or stopping in.

Do you offer custom boot fitting?

We currently do not offer custom ski boot fitting services.

Do you offer high-performance ski boots?

Our focus is on providing affordable, beginner to intermediate level ski boots. We do not often stock high-performance ski boots.

The vast majority of our ski boots are 65 – 85 flex, but we do usually carry a small selection of boots ranging from 90 – 120 flex.

What ski boot sizes do you carry?

We carry a wide range of sizes for youth, men, and women. If you’re looking for a particular size, feel free to give us a ring or visit us in-store for the perfect fit!

Can I return or exchange my boots?

At our Union Square location, you may return unused new ski boots within 14 days of purchase for a full or exchange. Used ski boots are non-returnable, but you may exchange them within 14 days for an equal or lesser value boot (boots must be returned in same condition as purchased).

Are your ski boots used or new?

We offer both! Our Union Square location specializes in new and lightly-used boots.

Is parking available?

Yes, both our locations have ample free parking for customers.

Do you offer any warranty?

New boots come with a manufacturer’s warranty which changes for each ski boot manufacturer.

Used ski boot have no warranty, however if you purchase a pair and notice an issue on your first day skiing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
